Position: Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition
Location: Bhavnagar, Gujarat
Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month (based on experience & qualifications)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition and key HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing to onboarding
• Manage employee life cycle & HRMS documentation
• Coordinate training, engagement, and performance management activities
• Support payroll & statutory compliance
Requirements:
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
• 3–6 years of HR experience (manufacturing/corporate preferred)
• Good knowledge of HRMS, MS Excel & compliance
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Proactive and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
