Comprehensive use of tools and techniques to increase productivity and performance of team.(staff/promoters)
· Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
· On-boarding & Documentation of new joiners.
· Good knowledge of sourcing candidates and portal usage
· For Training - Executive: Plan training calender's and execution of trainings as planned.
· Training materials management
· Help trainers in training execution and training management
You have prior experience within HR operations and manpower management or Training execution and management.Good knowledge of HR Systems and Recruitment /training presentations/training analysis/staff managementAct as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issuesMaintain Employee Personnel File and database.Conduct Induction and complete onboarding formalities
Practical Knowledge in HR Generalist, Payroll,
Knowledge in Statutory and Legal Compliance (EPF, ESIC), Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Selection, T&D, PMS.
