MBA in HR or equivalent degree
Knowledge/Experience
5+ years
In-depth knowledge of HR Processes and procedures
Organization Development and change management.
Knowledge of any HRMS is desirable.
Capabilities
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
A truly organized person with the ability to learn fast, work with a team and manage multiple tasks.
Must have excellent Analytical skills
Must have excellent Problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure
Strong Employee Relations
