Job Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions at our start-up company. The ideal candidate will have a people-first attitude and work-first attitude, be patient and adaptable in nature, and have a strong desire to build a culture of excellence in a creative environment. Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives of the company, taking into consideration the dynamic nature of the creative industry ● Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, while also being flexible and adaptable to the needs of a start-up environment ● Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, and talent development ● Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent from both the domestic and international markets, while also being able to adapt to changing staffing needs ● Develop and maintain a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, collaboration, and innovation, and is able to adapt to changing circumstances ● Ensure that the company provides a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, while also being able to navigate any unexpected challenges that arise ● Manage employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable pay and benefits, while also being able to adjust to changing financial circumstances ● Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a workplace that values diversity and supports the needs of all employees, while also being able to navigate any resistance or challenges that may arise ● Oversee the HR budget and ensure that resources are used effectively and efficiently, while also being able to adapt to unexpected expenses or changes in financial circumstances
Requirements:
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field ● At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent management, recruitment, and employee relations, and a proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances ● Experience in a start-up or creative industry is a plus ● Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations, while also being able to navigate any unexpected legal challenges that arise ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, and the ability to navigate any resistance or challenges that may arise ● Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, and the ability to adapt to changing team dynamics and staffing needs ● Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide creative solutions to complex HR issues, and the ability to adapt those solutions to changing circumstances ● Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR programs and initiatives in a variety of contexts.

Salary: ₹80,000.00 - ₹+0,000.00 per month
