Position- Sr. HR Recruiter
Experience-7+ yrs
Location-Bangalore
Job Description:
· Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
· Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media platforms and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solution.
· Screening and filtering candidates for open positions.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements in their respective teams.
· Collaborate with consultants to bring best talent onboard.
· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
· Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, aptitudes and culture fitness.
· Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
· Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
· Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the HR team and hiring managers.
Requirements:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proven expertise of 7+ years in recruitment and talent acquisition.
· Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
