MantraCare and Eye Mantra Hospital are leading names in healthcare and wellness services. We are expanding our teams and seeking a dynamic Sr. HR Recruiter / Team Leader to drive and manage end-to-end recruitment across both organizations.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7–8 HR Recruiters, ensuring productivity and performance.
• Set, allocate, and monitor individual and team hiring targets, ensuring timely closures.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future recruitment needs.
• Oversee sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, and onboarding coordination.
• Track and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.
• Drive a positive candidate experience and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
• 2–4 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or team-handling role.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, interview processes, and recruitment tools.
• Target-oriented with experience in high-volume hiring.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
• Decision-making ability with a solution-driven approach.
• Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networking platforms.
• Prior experience in healthcare or wellness recruitment will be an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives (depending on experience and interview performance).
• Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Weekly Off: Sunday fixed off.
