Job Responsibilities:
1) Day to day recruitment drive for the organization and ensure business closure on a month to month basis
2) Appropriate and Quality Resume sourcing and submission to client or partner organization daily
3) Regular report submission on activities throughout the day and analyzing internal database and pipeline
4) Contacting both partner/ client organization and prospective candidates for successful business closure for the organization with constant follow up across the recruitment cycle from sourcing resumes to joining of the prospects
5) Coaching, guiding and supporting other colleagues in achieving their business goal effectively to maintain a smooth coordination and team work in the organization
