Our Client Company It's EPC Project (Sewage And water Treatment ) industry.
Designation: Sr. Manager Contract Management
Education: B.E / B.Tech in Civil
Experience - 12 to 15 years
Salary :- 15 lpa - 18 lpa
Job location: Chinchwad
Industry Area : EPC Project Industry
Job Description:-
• Correspondence of all sites (tracking) and reply to the client’s letter within 10 days in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Document Control.
• To make correspondence where we need to keep the contractual matter on record with clients and vendors/ Sub- contractors.
• Tracking BG and insurance of projects
• To monitor contractual compliances with respect to time, cost , and quality including milestone compliances and prepare report and present in MIS
• To prepare EOT claims, escalations, and other claims
• Experience of Arbitration, will be added advantage
• Extra claim if any to be worked out
• Reconciliation
• Work as per the requirement of Management
