Experience Range : Minimum 8 years ( at least 2 years of Team handling experience)
Qualification required : Commerce Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA - Finance/CA / Inter CA/CMA
Job Description:
Focus on Compliance and Quality Control
Setting SOPs and establishing systems that make sense for the organization under question
Fund Planning
Fund Position Analysis (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
Building Banking Relationships
Raising Funds for CAPEX and Working Capital
Managing the Accounts Department and ensuring everything is upto Accounting Standards
Setting monthly budgets of expenses and conducting variance analysis
Setting all policies in the matter of finance and accounts
Taxation Planning
Playing the role of a strategic partner to the CEO of the company
Ensuring Ledger Scrutiny taking place continuously and managing the receivables and the payables.
Approving all payments above a certain amount
Sets up various accounting, operations, and finance MISs
Oversees the finalization of accounts.
Reporting to the management on Fund flow, debtors and creditors situation
Have control over Finance. so will be responsible and answerable on Bad debts, delay in payments
Will ensure the strict implementation of rules and systems made by the Board of directors.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
