Our client is a new age engineering company providing innovative engineering design and technical solutions to maritime companies globally. Managed by naval architects, the company has designed and delivered cutting edge marine, offshore, dredging and LNG solutions for their clientele including private, public and governmental organizations spread across Southeast Asia, Middle East and Far East Asia, Europe, North America and Australia. They company has grown from 100 to 200 people in the last 4 years. We are looking for an HR professional from Service/Consulting Industry to head HR operations, Talent management, Performance management, recruitment, Retention, Learning and development.
The HR Head will look into Employee lifecycle planning and growth, Performance management, Team camaraderie, Managers Grooming, Retention, Compensation benchmarking, CTC structuring perks/tax benefits, Employee stress assessment/management, learning & development, Senior Hiring , proper ESAT assessment and improvisations.
The individual will also guide and mentor the team- working into Basic HR operations (paperwork, hrms, attendance, leave, payroll, etc). Employee engagement (multiple benefits, celebrations, events), Lateral (Junior to mid) recruitment, Campus recruitment, GPTW certification.
Experience- 10-15 years
