Participate in the global HR projects and support in deployment of HR policies and practices in India Provide support in the annual planning and workforce shaping for people strategy in India Identify processes that can be automated in HR and develop analytic dashboards Understand & implement job evaluation process especially HAY methodology The Successful Applicant 12-15 years of experience from a broad HR generalist & HR-BP role in Automotive MNCs/Chemical MNCs/FMCG or large organisations with matrix structure is mandatory Experience of devising compensation strategy Experience of managing a team What's on Offer A career opportunity making a real difference to the planet, our communities and the future.
