Job Description
Develop and implement numerous sourcing strategies including database maintenance referral generation, head-hunting, advertisement/Job postings, direct sourcing, cold calling and networking to improve staffing services, & reduce dependency on Job site.
Handle end-to-end IT & Non-IT Recruitment from sourcing to screening, short-listing to interview follow-ups till the closures.
Recruiting from middle to top management level. Headhunting & LinkedIn hiring.
Identify the right match according to requirement, Study the resume deeply, and understand the reason for change.
Initial phone screening of candidates to judge communications and background.
Salary negotiation with the short-listed candidates.
Handle the queries, give briefing & identify the missing gaps and finally shortlist the candidate.
Formulating & modification of HR policies.
Handling various HR reports (HR dashboard, Headcount report, survey analysis).
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
