We are on the hunt for a dynamic, resourceful, and highly analytical Sr. Manager/Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This is an exceptional opportunity to join our fast-growing company in the Insurance industry where you will play a significant role in steering the financial direction of the company. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a substantial impact on our organization.
Responsibilities
As a Sr. Manager/Director of FP&A, you will be responsible for
• Overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the company.
• Providing insightful and detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Leading the development and execution of financial models for capital modeling, IPO, and reinsurance.
• Implementing and managing financial reporting systems, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Utilizing Netsuite or related ERP for financial management and analysis.
• Presenting financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Identifying opportunities for financial optimization and cost reduction.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Sr. Manager/Director of FP&A role will have
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Proven experience with Netsuite or related ERP systems.
• Prior experience in preparing for an IPO.
• Expertise in capital modeling and reinsurance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present financial information and complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams and driving financial performance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• High degree of proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
