Education
Bachelor / Master degree in mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities/Required experience
• Upload NPD Drawing in ERP System
• Documentation of drawings as ISO.
• Creating Component MFG drawings.
• Making Bill of material.
• Maintain Drawing release entry.
• Update revision in drawing by Creating ECN.
• Making BOM of fabrication part.
• Customize assembly as per B-out item.
• Selection of B-out item as per requirement.
• Finalize fabrication drawing.
• Checking pump & motor specifications according to requirement.
• Validate stress value of part or fabrication model assembly
Job Skills & Qualifications
• Design new engineering products and processes.
• Craft models and drawing of product using Solid Works & Fusion 360
• Analyze prototype data and retest if needed.
• Improve existing products and processes.
• Ensure Compliance With the industry's safety Standards.
• Design Fabrication & Sheet Metal Parts for Manufacturing.
• Ensure Products are user - and environment - friendly
• Write detailed reports
• Co-ordinate With Marketing & Purchase team.
• Understanding of the Basic various Engineering Concepts with an appropriate skill-set for optimizing
process parameters and initiating improvement for achieving bottom-line objectives & productivity
targets.
• Achieving cost savings across assignment and minimizing, performance bottlenecks for achieving high
productivity with optimization of men, material, and machine
• Creating robust designs for new, special, or existing products that can be produced economically and
accordingly, to established project timelines.
• Prepared Material & made Machining part Drawing for production
• Created Nesting for sheet metal cutting part and made assembly & part Drawing for production
• Amended procure & operations simply & clearly and designed New Developments products and
implemented effective quality Control Programs.
• Sustained accurate and detail numerical record and kept material ready for quality control.
• Creating BOM using Epicor System, Making DXF File for Nesting and making Assembly Drawing
developing part code & B-out code in Epicor according to project.
