Job Description
Responsible for supporting NHHI financial and operational initiatives. Collaborates with department leadership regarding non-clinical aspects of department operations. This position requires an individual that is a self-starter, has the ability to proactively manage projects and multiple priorities, works both collaboratively and autonomously with minimal supervision on broadly defined assignments, demonstrates tact and diplomacy in situations of conflict and controversy, and demonstrates excellent communication and presentation skills.
REQUIRED
High School diploma or equivalent and eight (8) years of healthcare/administrative experience, three (3) of which much have been with data analytics, modeling and report development. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Organizational Development, a health-related profession, or another related field may substitute for four (4) years of experience excluding the three years specified.
Experience and strong interest in healthcare data
Demonstrated knowledge of computers and microcomputer applications.
Proficient in the use and application of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of data gathering, data storage and methods of data sharing.
