We are a top multi-family developer and builder in Los Angeles that is looking for great project engineer's and sr project engineer's to join our team. We have 5+ years of guaranteed projects and are ramping up in 2026 to fill out amazing teams for some of our work upcoming.
Most of our work will be developed and built in house- so will be great exposure to the development side of the business as well.
Typical work will be podium & wrap apartments that will be modern and urban construction.
What You Will Be Doing
Project engineering functions on large scale multi-family projects in and around the Los Angeles market.
What You Need for this Position
• multi-family experience is a plus
• general contractor or developer experience
• 6 months or more of experience in multi-family, hotel, or large scale ground up construction experience
