Job Description
1. A Senior HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process for key roles within a company by sourcing profiles as per the TAT.
2. Their main responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, producing job descriptions, posting job ads, evaluating resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
3. They also consult with hiring managers on staffing and recruitment policies and stay updated on recruiting best practices.
