Location: Atlanta or Tennessee-based
Hybrid: On-site 2–3 times per month
Duration: FTE
The Sr. Regional Inventory Manager (Sr. RIM) is responsible for leading inventory management strategy across Regions by partnering with regional sales, category management, DC teams, and field operations. This role serves as the primary regional inventory contact, overseeing $70–90M in inventory and supporting $250M+ in annual COGS, with a strong focus on forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and obsolescence control.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional inventory and replenishment strategy to improve in-stock performance and inventory turns
Own weekly forecasting and demand planning using Blue Yonder tools
Optimize inventory parameters to balance service levels, efficiency, and obsolescence risk
Partner with DC Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, and Branch Operations to prevent and resolve stockouts
Translate supply chain concepts to non–supply chain stakeholders and deliver inventory training
Lead weekly forecast and inventory review meetings
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across inventory processes, systems, and tools
Support SKU assortment setup and ongoing maintenance
Conduct quarterly in-market visits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance
5–7+ years of forecasting and demand planning experience
Strong communication and senior leadership interaction skills
Advanced analytics and Excel proficiency
Experience with Blue Yonder Demand & Fulfillment planning tools
Customer-focused mindset
