The Wellness Shop is an eco-friendly wellness brand that provides a range of products that are organic and natural. We provide products catering to cosmetics, wellness, and healthcare segments. We launched in 2021, so yes we’re an early-stage startup but, within the last 4-5 months, we have launched 150+ premium products and have started hitting 400+ daily orders so we know our products rule! TWS is funded by Logx ventures. We plan to create a brand that brings no-nonsense, simple, and natural products to the masses so we can all get some help taking care of our bodies.
We need your help getting the word out! We are looking for a talented SEO Manager who will be responsible for both on-page and off-page optimization and also look after paid search campaigns.
Here’s what you will do:
Develop and execute successful SEO strategiesManage a team of SEO ExecutivesConduct keyword research to guide content teamsReview technical SEO issues and recommend fixesOptimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copyDirect off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspectsWork with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaignsKeep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
Here’s what you should have:
5+ years of SEO Experience. Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager/ similar roleKnowledge of standard and current SEO practicesKnowledge of HTML/CSSExperience with SEO reportingFamiliarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)Strong organizational and leadership skills, Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.
