What You’ll Do
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach and lead generation
• Conduct compelling presentations and product demos
• Manage and grow territory accounts with consistent follow-up
• Develop targeted sales strategies to expand market share
• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships
• Track pipeline activity using CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)
• Collaborate with marketing to support brand awareness and lead flow
• Upsell additional services to maximize revenue opportunities
• Maintain detailed reporting on sales activity and performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Ability to confidently deliver presentations and demos
• Skilled in cold calling, direct outreach, and lead generation
• Background in account management or business development is a plus
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
