About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. VP/VP HR Corporate to join our team at one of the biggest Apparel manufacturing groups globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing most suitable and appropriate HR policies across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive Transformation, strategies, Policies, L&D in addition to Team building, Talent mapping, Talent retention, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, etc.
• Lead, develop, train and support the implementation of HR strategies through respective teams.
• Strong knowledge in related Rules & regulations is a must to engage & drive continuous improvement strategies in partnership with industry stakeholders.
Experience in labor-intensive manufacturing Industries is a must, with strong people and work management skills, excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal) and presentations skills, and formal education in HR/MSW or other similar fields from reputed institutes.
