General Description
We are looking for a smart and experienced Senior Account Executive to join us. Candidate will primarily be
responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day activities with internal & external team.
Work Experience Requirements
Skills:
Strong knowledge of MS Excel & Tally
Critical thinking, Time Management & good communication
Organizational skills to complete the tasks promptly & correctly
Roles and Responsibilities:
Timely closing of accounting entries with accuracy & completeness for Weekly & monthly MIS.
Co-operation & Co-ordination among team members to set the priorities & to complete daily task.
Ensuring effective Co-ordination with internal & external Team on Invoices/ Ledgers/ Payments/ GST
queries. Bank reconciliation Accounts Payable & receivable.
Preparing cash flow report daily to report to management.
Monitoring monthly vendor to ensure payments are upto date
Monitoring monthly customer accounts to ensure receivables are on timely basis.
Co-ordinate month end closing process to ensure all corporate deadlines are met.
Exposure to internal & external audit process & responsible for providing requested information to
Auditors
Working closely with other Departments to solve any accounting related issues.
