Job description
: Support Activity: • Oversees and facilitates the installation and maintenance of IT systems. • Technical support: identifying, investigating users’ problems and take appropriate action to resolve the problem in a timely manner. • Technical support for a full range of business technology of network equipment’s Firewall, Router, Switches, NAS, WAN optimizer, Telecommunications, and audio – visual equipment’s. • Technical support and enhancement for in-house applications and 3rd party software. • EDI setup and support for Customer, Terminal, and Depots. • Follow all security guidelines with all components of company privacy and security policies. • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute support tasks in high-pressure environment. Asset Management: • Manage IT assets and infrastructure by analyzing software and hardware needs for the organization. • Identifies and recommends upgrades and changes to IT equipment’s, maintaining efficient and effective operations in the organization. • Managing Network equipment & Infrastructure. Vendor management: • Selection of vendor for IT procurement and support. • Manage vendor services for AMC and repair or replace defective products. • Manage vendor for 3rd Party applications. Required Abilities: • Proficient with or able to quickly learn the software and applications used in the organization and the industry. • Ability to manage IT support and service independently. • Good communication skill is must.
