Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented SSO (Single Sign-On) Automation Engineer specializing in Ping Federate to join our innovative cybersecurity team and help our Client , which is one of largest investment firm in US. This role is for in person, you will be working out our clients NYC office. In this role, you will drive the automation of identity and access management processes, ensuring seamless and secure authentication experiences across diverse platforms. Your expertise will help streamline operations, enhance security protocols, and support the deployment of scalable authentication solutions. Duties
Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for Pingfederate-based SSO solutions to ensure robust functionality and security compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design automation frameworks that facilitate continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for identity management systems.
Conduct thorough testing of SSO integrations with various applications, ensuring compatibility, performance, and security standards are met.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues proactively, and optimize automation processes for efficiency and reliability.
Document automation procedures, test cases, and system configurations clearly to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in identity federation protocols, security standards, and automation tools related to Pingfederate.
Assist in integrating quantum engineering principles where applicable to enhance encryption methods within authentication workflows.
Requirements
Proven experience in automating SSO solutions using Pingfederate or similar identity federation platforms.
Strong programming skills in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms to streamline deployment processes.
Solid understanding of security protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and related standards.
Knowledge of network security principles and best practices for safeguarding authentication systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
Experience working with quantum engineering concepts is highly desirable to support advanced encryption techniques within authentication systems.
