Executive SST
YES Germany is looking for highly motivated and result-oriented Executives in the Student Success Team. The Student Success Team is dedicated to ensuring that students receive the guidance and support they need to excel in their academic and career journeys. As a team member, you will be responsible for fostering positive student experiences, resolving concerns, and driving student engagement from enrollment to program completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a point of contact for students, addressing queries and providing regular updates.
• Build strong relationships with students to ensure a positive experience throughout their journey.
• Provide guidance on processes, timelines, and expectations.
• Assist students in resolving academic challenges by coordinating with the respective teams.
• Monitor student progress and proactively reach out to offer support when needed.
• Address and resolve student complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Act as a mediator between students and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Experience. : 1 to 4 years
Job Location – Faridabad
Working Days- 6
