We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Global Accounting team within the Finance department offering a competitive salary range of $75K to $+0K per year. This position features a hybrid work arrangement, with three days onsite and two days remote, providing a flexible work environment. The role involves key responsibilities including the monthly close for our legal entities, as well as handling both internal and external financial reporting requirements and financial analysis. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, make a significant impact, and progressively take on more responsibilities within the team.
What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or significant experience in an accounting setting required
• 1-3 years’ experience, preferably in an accounting role; compensation accounting experience is an advantage
• Analytical and technical aptitude with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and system skills; experience with Workday is beneficial
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively across functional teams
• Professional maturity, capable of handling confidential information
• High motivation, enthusiasm, and initiative, which are key attributes valued in our finance professionals
