About the Role:
We’re looking for a Staff Accountant who is detail-oriented, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play an essential role in delivering tax and accounting services to our clients while working closely with senior staff and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary income tax returns
Provide accounting and business consulting services to clients
Work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and client service
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and project goals
Moderate to low overtime throughout the year (increased hours during peak seasons)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
CPA license or active CPA candidate (required)
1–2 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with QuickBooks and client bookkeeping is a plus
Highly organized with excellent time management
Team player with a professional attitude and a client-first mindset
