Staff Accountant
Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Support the annual audit process and liaise with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as operations, procurement, and sales to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software Great Plains
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
