Position Overview:
This position will assist with everyday tasks, monthly reports, and yearly analysis to CWC and specifically the Controller and CFO. This role is vital to monthly processes within the department and company. There are both internal and external interactions with senior salespeople and high-profile customers. There is room for growth within this role and its responsibilities.
Specific Responsibilities and Duties:
• Manage daily client invoicing
• Manage customer portal invoicing requests
• Client approval/setup – Credit inquiries
• Collecting on past due accounts
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
• Monthly Sales Reports
• Provides financial status information by preparing special reports, completing special projects
• Other duties as assigned
Experience, Education and Skills Required:
• Bachelors or Associates Degree in Accounting
• Advanced Excel capabilities
• Data analytics experience is a plus
· Experience in Adobe/PDF
• Advanced computer skills
• Experienced in MS Outlook and Word
• Knowledge of Accounting principles
• Exceptional organizational skills to include attention to detail and consistent follow through
· Excellent verbal and written communications.
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven success in prior roles
