Lana Funkhouser with Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Fruitland, Idaho. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of accounting duties, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and General Ledger tasks. This role will also involve managing inventory control and assisting with purchasing decisions, ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Execute everyday Accounts Payable (AP) tasks and maintain accurate records
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, ensuring all customer payments are processed in a timely manner
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate
• Maintain the general ledger, including recording journal entries and assisting with month-end close processes
• Use advanced Excel skills to extract data and create pivot tables to aid in financial reporting and decision-making
Handle daily inventory control and determine minimum and maximums
