Responsibilities
Reconcile Bank Statements
Prepare Cash Flow reports
Reconcile and Prepare Trial Balances and quarterly financial statements for 2-3 businesses
Reconcile and prepare Accruals on Asset and Liability accounts
Verifying A/P and A/R reports are accurate with A/R and A/P personnel
Learn and/understand Work In Process WIP reporting and how that integrates with the financials
Assist as needed with Software updates
Assist with Union and Insurance Audits and renewals
Integrate with A/P, A/R and Payroll staff
Work with management on financial planning and purchasing/disposal of assets
Quarterly/Annual Payroll reporting, W-2's, 10++ reconciliation and preparation

• Reconcile and Prepare Trial Balances and quarterly financial statements for 2-3 businesses
• Reconcile and prepare Accruals on Asset and Liability accounts
• Verifying A/P and A/R reports are accurate with A/R and A/P personnel
