Key Duties:
Monthly Close Process: Participate in the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
Account Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of accounts to identify variances and discrepancies.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.
Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors to prepare and review audit work papers and account reconciliations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting.
Strong understanding of GAAP principles and concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
