- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Process vendor invoices, reconcile statements, and ensure timely payments.
- Generate customer invoices, track receivables, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Dext) proficiently to streamline workflows and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Dext (formerly Receipt Bank).
- Understanding of US and Canadian accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
