## Overview
O&K Accounting Inc. is an accounting firm located in Seattle and Tacoma (Lakewood), WA. We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented staff accountants to join our team and grow with us. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be proficient in current accounting software with a positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
## Responsibilities
• Independently manage multiple companies' accounts
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts
• Process payroll and maintain employee records
• Conduct bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Prepare and file local, state, and federal tax reports
## Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Strong understanding of debits, credits, and account reconciliation
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
• Exceptional responsibility, rapid learning ability, and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Bilingual in Korean and English (Highly preferred)
