Job Description
LLH Recruitment Solutions is looking to fill a Staff Accountant position with a retail/distribution company in Lewisville. This position will be responsible for compiling and analyzing entries to the general ledger along with assisting the month end process.
This position will pay 75K-80K. The company does offer a hybrid work set up. Also, when in office the dress code is casual and the company offers a great work-environment.
Responsibilities:
-The Staff Accountant will compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts.
-Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital.
- Assist in the preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position.
-Establish, modify, document, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
-2-3 year of general accounting experience
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Corporate accounting / General ledger experience
-Strong Excel skills
