Salary commensurate with experience or certifications such as EA or CPA.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients before, during, and after the tax preparation process including requesting relevant documents and information
Ensure the confidentiality of clients’ documents and information by adhering to the firm’s policies and procedures
Prepare corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns, including reviewing drafts and electronic filing
Manage the workload of assigned tax clients
Provide client support services, including:
Meet with clients via telephone, virtual meeting, or in person to address any questions or concerns
Receive incoming calls and set appointments regarding client questions or to obtain tax information
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent skills in communication, time management, and customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prioritize daily tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred qualifications:
1+ years of QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software experience
1+ years tax return preparation experience
Benefits:
