As the Accountant, you will be instrumental in managing financial records, preparing reports, and supporting financial analysis. Your responsibilities will include performing daily accounting tasks, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies. This role demands a solid understanding of accounting principles, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
Education, Experience, and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Experience in payroll processing and familiarity with payroll software/systems.
• Proficiency in accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
• Preferably experienced in a corporate accounting environment.
• A proactive approach to managing daily workloads.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• High degree of accuracy and reliability.
• Professionalism, positive energy, and the ability to interact with various departments, vendors, and customers.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary: $65000 - $85000
