Are you detail-oriented, organized, and love keeping things running smoothly? As our Staff Accountant you’ll be our Sales Tax and Payroll guru. What You Will Be Doing
Payroll: Prepare and process payroll. Everyone’s pay is in your hands! (Insert evil laugh here)
Sales Tax: Internal expert on sales tax as it relates to contracts, project management and invoicing.
Coordinate with AP and AR.
Transactions in NetSuite. Day in and day out. NetSuite is the backbone of our financials.
What You Need for this Position
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 4 years of experience in accounting.
Experience with, or in depth knowledge of, sales tax administration
Proficiency with NetSuite is preferred but not required
Experience with Avalara is preferred but not required.
Experience running payroll is preferred but not required.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting on multiple levels with co-workers, clients and vendors.
