Staff Accountant – Accounting – (Key word Statutory Reporting, Audit, GAAP, Finalisation)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities include -

Independently manage end to end Local Statutory Audit Process of Infinera entities across various regions Preparation and/ or Review of Local Financial Statements of few various regional entities per local GAAP. Coordinate local and group audit initiatives by scheduling status calls, meetings etc. Manage SOX Audits and compliances. Preparation of Board meeting deliverables and review of financial statements. Prepare working papers and audit documentation in accordance with Statutory requirement, laid down policies and industry best practices. Execute Auditor’s appointment, fees negotiation, periodic accruals and control of Audit and Accounting costs. Internal and external stakeholders management. Fulfilling statutory auditors requirements/ expectations through thorough understanding of business and coordinating with internal stake holders. Design and implementation of Statutory reporting workflow along with identifying opportunities for automation. Monthly review of Local books of accounts of Group entities in compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements. Review of monthly GL balances regional entities and Black line reconciliations for local service fees accruals. Review of GL and Intercompany accounting and other month closing activities on need basis. To involve in month end and quarter end close activities related to R2R process as required.
