Staff accountants work alongside team members in various departments in a supportive environment that embraces career development and promotion. Working with seasoned managers, opportunities vary daily and include work in tax, audit, litigation support, business valuation, and other areas. This approach enables our staff accountants to not only learn and experience the many facets of accounting but also allow for personal choice in career development and specialization.

Qualifications for this position include:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• MS Office Suite proficiency with a desire for Excel advancement
• Flexibility, team attitude, desire for growth, and exemplary client service

Our lineage began with the first CPA firm in Tacoma, Busch and Webb, which opened in 1+18.
