Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update financial records using Quick Books software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
· Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial statements.
· Prepare and maintain various financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
· Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and guidelines.
· Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
· Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues in financial records.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in bookkeeping practices and Quick Books software.
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
· Knowledge and experience with Quick Books software, including proficiency in managing Chart of Accounts, creating journal entries, and generating financial reports.
· Understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping.
· Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· High level of ethics and integrity, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
