The Everett Delivery Center is seeking two staff analysts. One position is in support of the 767 and a second position in support of 777/787.


Position Responsibilities:

Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.
Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
Partners with organization leaders on continuous improvement strategies, leads and facilitates Oobeya activities.
Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations.
Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture, defines Superintendent operating rhythm.
Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs).
Develops executive level briefings.
Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status.
Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Leads the development and deployment of training content.
Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher
10+ years of experience in project or program management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience with schedule and budget management, integration of all logistics elements, customer communication, as well as understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and baseline requirements are met.
Experience working in Airplane Delivery Center or comparable aircraft platform.
Project Management and or Lean experience.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Level 4 $102,660 - $110,920

Level 5 $124,410 - $134,420
