In-Scope DoD Secret Clearance is required to start

Significant experience with database design and SQL

Salary Range: $171,000 - $256,400
Salary Range 2: $147,700 - $221,500
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications by analyzing user needs, creating code, and ensuring the functionality of the software to meet those requirements, often utilizing various programming languages and engineering principles to build solutions across different platforms
You will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining existing software systems and capabilities supporting fleet sustainment operations
Ensure software standards are met
Additionally, the position calls for you to be able to work with government maintenance customers to understand their need and come up with innovative solutions that meet those needs

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is looking for a Software Engineer with experience in designing and developing SW applications. This role can be located in Melbourne, FL or El Segundo, CA, where we define possible.
