Job description, work day and responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in ICU, general ward, or emergency/casualty settings
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, stabilizing patients and initiating life-saving interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including patient records, charts, and treatment updates
• Identify and report workplace hazards and contribute to risk mitigation strategies
• Maintain infection control protocols, safety standards, and patient hygiene practices
• Participate in the continuous development of clinical protocols and nursing procedures
• Educate patients and families about care plans, medication, and post-discharge instructions
• Collaborate effectively with doctors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams
• Remain up to date with continuing nursing education and development activities
