Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred for specific departments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Practical understanding of pharmacology and patient medication management.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Experience in a specialized nursing field is a plus.
