Job Description
Process goods receipts
Allocate time sheet entries to corresponding job assignments
Manage the Admin email inboxes, including customer correspondence, as well as supplier invoices & queries
Maintain accurate records and assist with general administrative tasks as required
Identify improvement opportunities of internal processes and support their implementation.
What You’ll Bring
A solid understanding of general administration processes
Experience with Health & Safety administration (preferred but not essential)
Strong organisational skills with a methodical and efficient work style
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Confidence using office software (email, spreadsheets)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to take initiative
