About the Opportunity

In this role, your understanding of both the front-end layout and the back-end architecture of WordPress will be key to ensuring our sites are functional, current, and visually engaging. But we’re not just looking for someone who can manage a website - we want someone who can see what makes content sing and take initiative in creating experiences that captivate our audience. This role will work on a variety of projects from website maintenance to content curation to events, and will put a high priority on execution.

What You'll Do

Maintain and update our WordPress websites, providing support for both front-end (WordPress login, Elementor, CSS, etc.) and back-end website components (website setup and admin knowledge).
Support the creation and layout of landing pages and web assets that drive conversions and campaign engagement.
Evaluate content effectiveness with an eye for compelling messaging, clear copy, and attention-grabbing visuals.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure all marketing materials - visual and written - are optimized for attention, clarity, and business alignment.
Organize, update, and archive existing web content, maintaining a tidy, high-performing website that reflects our brand accurately and efficiently.
Contribute light copy editing and content refinements when needed to improve clarity, polish tone, or boost engagement.
Support the logistics and promotion of virtual and in-person events, including the coordination of marketing materials, registration pages, and event-related communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the smooth execution of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are clearly understood across stakeholders.
Who You Are

Have hands-on experience with WordPress, including setup, management, front-end customization, back-end troubleshooting, and plugin configuration.
Have a keen eye for design and usability, and naturally notice how layout, formatting, and structure impact the user experience.
Have a strong sense for what makes content engaging, backed by some training or experience in marketing writing, branding, or communications.
Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, and bring strong communication skills to team projects and cross-functional work.
Are a self-starter who takes initiative, identifies opportunities, and enjoys solving problems without waiting for instructions.
Welcome feedback and use it as a tool for personal and professional growth.
Are quick to adopt new technologies and tools, driving AI and other automation opportunities to enhance modern marketing workflows.
Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in conversation, across a range of audiences.
Have experience supporting events, including planning logistics, managing registrations, and helping with promotion for both virtual and in-person formats.
Bonus Points If You Have

Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, or other marketing platforms
Experience in B2B or SaaS environments
Salary ranges are based on experience, reflecting the unique skillset each individual brings to the role.
