Your role:

Ready to hit the road and make a real impact? DuluxGroup is on the lookout for a hands-on problem solver who’s passionate about keeping our retail spaces looking sharp and running smoothly.

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind maintaining Dulux-owned equipment and assets across our national store network. From responding to maintenance requests with speed and precision to ensuring every store meets our high standards for point-of-sale (POS) presentation — you’ll be the one who keeps our brand shining bright.

Your week will be a mix of:

2 days visiting stores to conduct audits and ensure everything’s in top shape

1 day handling admin and planning

2 days tackling ad hoc tasks that keep our operations humming

Love to travel? You’ll be on the move — including regular trips to regional locations and occasional stretches away from home (up to a couple of weeks at a time). Every day brings something new, and every store you visit benefits from your expertise

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with State Teams to maintain DuluxGroup assets to the highest standard in store. Drive the National standard for point-of-sale and equipment at a state level.
Effective communication with the state sales team and managing ad hoc maintenance work
Manage supplier spend within budget across manufacturers, services, and sub-contractors
Develop and maintain relationships across multiple levels within multiple customer environments at both store level and within the support office.
Conduct and manage onsite risk assessments for operational and maintenance tasks.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience working in a fast-paced retail store environment
Confident using basic hand tools for maintenance and setup tasks
Familiarity with store layouts, planograms, and product relays
Physically capable of handling the demands of a hands-on role
Strong process orientation with effective problem-solving skills
