Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Station Operation Specialist to join our on-site team in Miami, FL. The Station Operation Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing daily delivery operations. Key responsibilities include managing dispatch processes, monitoring performance metrics, identifying inefficiencies, implementing operational improvements, addressing exceptions, and ensuring service quality. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes and support customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and optimize operations.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in Sales and understanding of customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management with a focus on logistics or supply chain processes.
• Detail-oriented and proven problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with logistics technology and data-driven decision-making tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in last-mile delivery or logistics industries is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
