Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Chartered Accountants for Assistant Manager and Manager roles in our Statutory Audit – India Practice based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in statutory audits, with strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and regulatory frameworks. The role demands client-facing abilities, team management, and strong technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end statutory audits in accordance with Ind AS, Indian GAAP, and the Companies Act, 2013.
• Supervise and review the work of junior team members and ensure timely, high-quality audit deliverables.
• Prepare and review financial statements, audit reports, and working papers.
• Identify control gaps, assess risks, and provide value-added recommendations to clients.
• Manage client communications, expectations, and issue resolutions throughout the audit process.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting and auditing standards and ensure compliance.
• Support practice development, knowledge sharing, and staff mentoring.
• Participate in internal initiatives and contribute to improving audit methodology and quality.
Key Requirements:
• CA qualification is mandatory with a minimum of 3+ years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit – India Practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of Ind AS, Indian GAAP, and Companies Act.
• Proven experience in managing audits independently and leading teams.
• Excellent client management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and audit documentation systems.
• Ability to manage multiple audits and meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be given preference.
